At WeddingMallOutlet.com we want you to be 100% satisfied
with your purchase. We provide you with 14 days, from your date the
order was received, to return your item if not completely satisfied. If
for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item for a
full refund or exchange, less shipping charges, with no questions
asked. If you need to exchange your shoe for any reason the new shoe
will be shipped UPS ground.
Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
The following requirements need to be met for any exchange or refund:
*You need a return authorization number. Simply email us at customerservice@weddingmalloutlet.com Include the return authorization number in the box which you will ship to us.
*Your
item is unused and repackaged as received. Please try shoes on with
stockings and wear on carpet. Shoes with scuffed soles or toe marks are
not returnable.
*No dyed, worn, or soiled items will be accepted
for return or exchange. If an item is dyed, worn, or soiled it will not
be refunded or exchanged, but can be shipped back to you at your
expense.
*Evening bags must not have been used and must still have tags attached.
*Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
*Delivery
Confirmation from the U.S. Postal Service is recommended when returning
items. We cannot be responsible for anything lost in shipping.
